Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a BMS Operator located in Gurugram. The BMS Operator will monitor, control, and optimize Building Management Systems to ensure efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, and other critical building services. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing system alarms, performing basic troubleshooting, coordinating with maintenance and facility teams, and documenting system performance and incidents.

The role involves adjusting system parameters based on occupancy and energy efficiency goals, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and escalating technical issues to relevant stakeholders.



The BMS Operator will also help ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Building Management, including oversight of building operations and coordination with maintenance and facility teams.

Hands-on experience with Management Systems and Building Management Systems (BMS), including monitoring, control, and basic troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Building Maintenance practices, with the ability to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Experience in Facility Management (FM), with an understanding of safety, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort requirements.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, building services, or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and equipment manuals.

Proficiency in using computer-based monitoring tools and standard office software for reporting.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to work in shifts if required and respond to urgent operational issues in office.
