Role Overview

The Delivery Team Program Manager is responsible for leading offshore delivery teams that support staffing and staff augmentation/delivery programs for enterprise clients. This role ensures delivery teams are trained on client-specific processes, performance expectations, and quality standards while driving speed, consistency, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage offshore delivery and recruiting teams supporting
Ensure delivery teams are trained on client-specific hiring processes, tools, and compliance requirements
Partner with U.S.-based sales, account, and client services teams to support active requisitions and delivery goals
Monitor recruiter productivity, quality of submissions, and hiring outcomes
Implement delivery best practices, workflow optimization, and performance improvement plans
Serve as a delivery subject matter expert in client discussions related to sourcing strategy,



delivery progress, and talent availability
Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline health, delivery performance, and hiring trends

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in staffing delivery, recruiting operations, or talent delivery leadership
Strong experience managing staffing models and delivery teams
Proven ability to scale delivery teams and processes in an offshore workplace
Experience working with ATS, CRM, and VMS platforms
Solid leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients
Background in IT, technology, or skilled services staffing
Prior experience acting as a delivery lead or SME in client-facing discussions
