Role Summary

You will own B2B lead generation for one DIG brand via LinkedIn. Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and Waalaxy for outreach campaigns, you will connect with decision-makers in the UAE/UK, start conversations, qualify interest, and hand qualified leads to the brand's sales team. Outreach runs from your own professional LinkedIn profile, so written English quality and skilled presence are central to this role.

Key Responsibilities
Build targeted prospect lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (filters, Boolean search, saved searches, lead lists).
Set up and manage outreach campaigns in Waalaxy (sequences, timing, follow-ups).
Send personalized connection requests and messages from your skilled LinkedIn profile.
Handle inbound replies professionally; qualify interest, need and timeline.
Maintain accurate CRM/lead-tracker records; hand off qualified leads to the brand sales team with full context.
Produce weekly activity & pipeline reports.




Maintain LinkedIn profile hygiene and follow the company's secure-outreach guidelines (daily limits, warm-up protocol).

Required Qualifications Graduate (any discipline).
1–3 years in lead generation / inside sales / SDR / B2B outreach preferred; outstanding freshers with excellent written English will be considered.
Strong written English — the single most important requirement (outreach is text-based).
Comfort with LinkedIn; willingness to learn Sales Navigator & Waalaxy quickly.
Organized, consistent and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to LinkedIn outreach / Sales Navigator / Waalaxy / Apollo / HubSpot or similar.
Background selling or supporting B2B services (FM, logistics, relocation, pest control, security)
CRM familiarity and basic spreadsheet skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
