Job Title: Fixed Income Dealer / Bond Trader Location: Mumbai Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) Job Summary We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Fixed Income Dealer / Bond Trader to manage bond trading activities, execute fixed income transactions, and build robust relationships with dealers and market participants. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of debt markets, fixed income securities, bond pricing, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Execute buying and selling of fixed income securities, including corporate bonds, and other debt instruments.

Manage bond trading activities while ensuring timely and accurate trade execution.

Coordinate with dealers, brokers, and financial institutions to source and execute trades.

Monitor market movements, interest rates, and economic developments impacting fixed income markets.

Analyse bond yields, pricing, spreads, and market opportunities to maximise returns.

Organise and maintain bond portfolios and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, counterparties, and institutional clients.





Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk management policies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports and market analysis.

Support treasury and investment teams in fixed income investment decisions.

Required Skills Solid understanding of fixed income markets, bond trading, and debt instruments.

Knowledge of government securities, corporate bonds, treasury bills, and money market instruments.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial market platforms.

Ability to work in a quick-paced trading environment.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

3–5 years of experience in Fixed Income, Bond Trading, Treasury, or Capital Markets.

Experience dealing with institutional clients, dealers, or financial intermediaries will be preferred.
