About the Role

We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to place IT consultants into Contract/C2C positions with clients across the US. You will manage consultants and match them to Contract/C2C openings, to closing offers.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and match consultant profiles accordingly for Contract/C2C placements.
Submit qualified consultants to open Contract/C2C requirements and follow up through the interview process.
Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/employers, and manage scheduling.
Negotiate compensation and finalize offer details with consultants and clients.
Maintain regular, accurate updates in the ATS/CRM regarding submissions,



interviews, and placements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Bench Sales, preferably with Contract/C2C placements.
Working knowledge of US employment terms (1099/C2C/W2, full time/permanent hiring process).
Valuable command of English with strong communication skills for US client interaction.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools is a plus.
