The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in interacting with clients, and have the ability to generate and convert business opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, and networking. Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements. Present the company's products and services effectively to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.



Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid negotiation and convincing abilities. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
