Direct Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with Group requirements pertaining to IT continuity
Develop & Maintain IT Continuity Dashboard for the region
Gather IT continuity needs with BCOs.
Consolidates and maintains the list of critical IT assets, jointly with BCOs and respective IT asset owners
Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets and projects
Raises awareness and organizes IT continuity training.
Organizes and monitors regular exercise plans and reports
Prepares IT continuity reporting including results from exercises and controls
Ensure coordination with the Business Continuity Officer(s) to gather IT continuity needs stated by entities
Ensure compliance with IT continuity requirements

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Having good knowledge on Datacenter Drill and failover processes.
Knowledge in Power BI will a plus
Positive knowledge on disaster scenario’s – Unitary failover,



Datacenter level failover, CAR exercise, Back up & Restoration exercise.
Documentation related to different disaster scenario.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
