Role & responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training to GDA candidates.
Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
Maintain training records and reports.
Guide trainees on healthcare skills, soft skills, and placement readiness.
Ensure training is delivered as per curriculum and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc. (Nursing)
23 years of healthcare industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of training/teaching experience.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Valuable knowledge of healthcare procedures and patient care.
Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
Ability to engage, mentor, and motivate trainees.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (Preferred).
