Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Malappuram.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue recent business prospects, build relationships with schools and other partners, and promote Future Learning’s NEET, JEE, and integrated school programs. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and accounts.



The role involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs, supporting enrollment activities, and ensuring a positive experience for stakeholders.

The Business Development

Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and contribute to growth strategies in the Malappuram region.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand the customer base.

Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to conduct presentations, handle inquiries, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Relevant experience in education, training, or service-based sales/Marketing is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Malappuram, travel locally as needed, and meet defined sales and growth targets.

Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
