Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (freelancers) & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers

Key Responsibilities
To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.
Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

Prerequisites
Communication Skills,



fluency in the local Language, willingness to travel in the designated city, strong interpersonal skills, and goal orientation
