Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates based on specifications, drawings, and BOQs
Analyze technical documents, drawings, and tender requirements
Maintain estimation templates databases, and price records
Ensure estimates meet company quality and accuracy standards

Requirements

EDUCATION Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Civil.

EXPERTISE 3 years experience in Project management, Engineering or estimation.

LEGAL Proficient in MS Excel MS Word, and estimation software.

CERTIFICATION Basic understanding of Architectural drawings and BOQs.
