Role Description The Business Development Associate (Freshers) role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, connect with prospective learners and institutional partners, and support the growth of Internz Learn’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions in internal systems, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and proposals.





The associate will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales and onboarding process.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess foundational sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, basic negotiation, and relationship management.

Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and interpret basic performance data.

Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or similar systems) and online communication platforms.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; eagerness to learn and work in the edtech sector; a proactive mindset; and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
