Role Description This is a full time, in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Ranchi.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build a robust pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into long-term partners and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, meeting potential clients, and presenting Wheels Play's services and solutions. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships,



and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service coordination.

The Business Development

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, provide feedback from the market, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the auto-tech and EV conversion space.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Relevant experience in automotive services, EV solutions, or technology startups is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, travel within Bihar as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced startup setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic CRM or sales tracking skills are advantageous.
