Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare project reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform Schedule Variance, Cost Variance, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Execution, and Commercial teams.
Prepare and submit Client RA Bills, verify BOQs, and ensure timely billing with complete documentation.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and monthly sales & collection plans.
Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget compliance.

Preferred candidate profile
710 years of experience in Railway Projects.
Solid knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Billing, Budgeting, and Cost Control.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Proficiency in EVM, MIS Reporting, BOQ, RA Billing, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
