§ Having minimum of 10 years’ experience in Railway or Major Govt project work.

§ Should have a B.E. Civil degree.

§ Prepare measurement sheet from in office data & drawings.

§ Prepare bill of quantities & bills with rates from Tender.

§ Get the measurement statements certified from the client.

§ Follow-up of payment with client.

§ Prepare & process subcontractor bills.

§ Data entry & analysis in ERP Software.

§ Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes in office verification of measurement & verification of rates with Tender and Purchase Order.

§ Ensure recovery against the rework/faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from the site
