Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and managing a pipeline of prospective clients in the education and technology sectors. The specialist will perform market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and will use these insights to support strategic growth initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, delivering product presentations and demos,



coordinating with internal teams to refine offerings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also requires ongoing collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions clearly, and ensure a positive client experience.
