About the Role

ANAROCK is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support the team in expanding developer relationships and preparing impactful business presentations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the real estate consulting industry and an opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to a database of Ahmedabad-based developers to introduce ANAROCK's services and schedule meetings.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes in the assigned tracker/CRM.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on developer interactions.
Create qualified Information Memorandums (IMs) for developer and investor meetings.
Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for business discussions, pitches, and investor interactions.
Collect, organize, and validate project-related information required for presentations and marketing collateral.
Assist the Business Development team with market research and administrative support as required.

Eligibility




Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
Confident in making professional outbound calls and maintaining business communication.
