Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand customer segments, and presenting Nutri Docs’ services to potential clients. The associate will engage with prospects via calls, meetings, and presentations to build relationships, explain program benefits, and support client onboarding.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline,



collaborating with marketing and operations teams, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and conversion strategies. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in health, wellness, or service-oriented sectors.

Ability to work in office in Current Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is an advantage.
