We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telugu-speaking Career Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, counselling candidates, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Counsel students and working professionals on career opportunities.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.

Requirements
Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
Positive communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Graduation in any discipline.




Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is preferred.
Solid negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills
Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to build rapport with candidates.
Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.
