We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Programmer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC turning programs for precision-machined components. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC lathes, G-code programming, tooling, and process optimization to ensure high-quality production with minimal cycle time.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize CNC Turning (Lathe) programs.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
Select cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
Perform machine setup support and prove-out for new programs.
Optimize cycle time while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct first-piece inspection and make program corrections if required.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Maintain program documentation and process sheets.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.




Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of CNC Turning/Lathe machines.
Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
Valuable understanding of G-code & M-code.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, and machining parameters.
Experience with CAM software Mastercam, is an advantage.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
38 years of experience in CNC Turning Programming.
Experience in precision machining and production environments preferred.
