Advanced Grohair & GloSkin Clinic is looking for a proactive and performance-driven Client Servicing Executive to manage client interactions, monitor leads, prepare MIS reports, and support digital operations. The role requires close coordination with clinic teams to ensure timely lead follow-ups, improve conversions, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with clinic teams to improve lead management.
Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
Support digital operations and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Support, or Operations.
Experience in Hair & Skin Clinics, Healthcare, Wellness, or Aesthetic industry is preferred.
Robust communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
Confident, proactive, and result-oriented with valuable MS Excel knowledge Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
