We are looking for a proactive and creative skilled who can manage client communication while handling social media execution.

Roles &

Responsibilities Client Servicing
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and prepare project briefs.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for timely delivery.
Share updates, reports, and campaign progress with clients.
Handle client queries professionally and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

Social Media Marketing
Plan and schedule social media content.
Write engaging captions and basic content.
Upload posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
Assist in planning Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
Prepare monthly content calendars.




Track social media performance and generate basic reports.

Requirements
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Client Servicing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and social media trends.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Meta Ads.
Basic copywriting skills.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
