Job Summary:

The Officer Corporate Affairs will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies, programs, and policies to enhance the company's image and brand in line with its mission and vision. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for favorable policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Policy Advocacy: Advocate for favorable policies and regulations that support the growth and development of the Cement Industry.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and clearances for Minig Operations and setting up a Cement plant.
Public Relations: Manage the company's public image and reputation through effective communication and media relations.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential issues and mitigate risks.




Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Oversee the company's CSR initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
Internal Communication: Foster effective internal communication to ensure alignment and engagement among employees
