Role Description This is a full time, in office Branch Manager – Life Insurance (Direct Channel) role based in Bengaluru.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily branch operations for the life insurance direct channel, including managing sales targets, supervising the branch team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include driving new business acquisition, supporting customer retention, conducting regular performance reviews, and coaching team members to achieve individual and branch goals. The role involves coordinating with senior management, preparing reports, monitoring market trends,



and implementing local strategies to grow the branch portfolio.

The Branch

Manager will also ensure excellent customer service, resolve escalations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising sales or operations teams.

Proven ability in life insurance sales, branch management, or financial services, preferably in a direct channel workplace.

Solid knowledge of life insurance products, customer service practices, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with target setting, performance tracking, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in insurance are an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site branch setting in Bengaluru, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Proficiency with common office software and basic CRM or sales management tools.
