Position: Caretaker

Location: Park Street

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep and smooth functioning of a dedicated residential flat. The candidate will ensure the property remains clean, well-maintained, secure, and operational by coordinating housekeeping, maintenance work, and vendor services while attending to the needs of residents or guests.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of the dedicated residential flat.
Coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure timely repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance issues.
Supervise service providers and coordinate with external vendors when required.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain inventory of household supplies and consumables.
Assist residents or guests with day-to-day requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure all household equipment and utilities are functioning properly.
Report maintenance requirements and property-related issues to management.
Perform any other caretaker duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Caretaker, House Manager,



or in a similar role.
Experience managing residential properties, villas, apartments, or dedicated flats.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate with vendors.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) is preferred.
Honest, responsible, organized, and proactive.
Ability to handle day-to-day operational issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
