Your Day-to-Day:
Chat with customers and solve their queries
Share accurate information in a friendly, skilled tone
Deliver smooth, top-quality support every time
What You’ll Need:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Freshers welcome — experience is a plus!
Solid written English and typing speed
Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends & nights)
