As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for finding recent clients, meeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and helping grow the company's business. You'll work closely with our internal team to ensure every client has a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with potential clients to generate current business opportunities.
Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Build robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare proposals and negotiate with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in meeting clients and presenting business solutions.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office;
experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a target-driven mindset.
