We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Case Manager to manage client immigration cases from onboarding to final submission. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance with immigration regulations, coordinate with clients and attorneys, and provide timely updates throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including work permits, visas, permanent residency, and related applications.
Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Prepare immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
Maintain case files and update case management systems regularly.
Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide case updates.
Coordinate with immigration attorneys, consultants, and government agencies when required.
Track application deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies and implement necessary updates.
Resolve client queries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on case status, turnaround times, and pending documentation.
