The ideal candidate should have robust sales aptitude, customer relationship skills, and experience in the BFSI/NBFC sector. Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.

Source and activate New-to-Bank (NTB) customers. Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets. Cross-sell Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold Loans, Trade/Forex, and other banking products. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities. Ensure complete KYC documentation and regulatory compliance. Follow all bank policies and operational guidelines. Ensure timely reporting and MIS submission.

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Candidate

Profile1-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Insurance Sales.





Experience in CASA Sales, Liability Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Financial Product Sales will be preferred. Robust communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with field sales and achieving sales targets. Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of KYC norms and banking products.
