Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cashier role based in Lucknow. The Cashier will handle customer transactions, operate the billing system or cash register, and process payments accurately in cash, card, or digital modes. Daily responsibilities include issuing receipts, balancing the cash drawer, reconciling payment records, and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.

The role also involves answering customer questions, providing basic product or service information, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.



The Cashier will collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a skilled customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust numeracy skills and basic knowledge of cash handling and payment processing.

Candidates should possess positive communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a polite and qualified manner.

Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in billing, record-keeping, and reconciling transactions.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including the ability to use POS systems or billing software.

Candidates should possess reliability, honesty, and the ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Lucknow, stand for extended periods, and handle a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a cashier role is preferred but not mandatory.

A minimum of graduation qualification is beneficial.
