Billing & Invoicing: Generate and explain itemized invoices to customers, ensuring labor costs and taxes are explicit.
Daily Reconciliation: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, verify transaction batches, and prepare deposits for the accounting department.
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer basic billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to the accounts, service, or F&I; (Finance & Insurance) teams.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain logs of receipts, credit card slips, and repair orders.
