Hiring: Manager – Sales (Recruitment & Staffing)

We are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sales in the Indian market. The positions are open at Manager and Asst Manager levels, depending on experience and proven capability.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:
Permanent staffing
Contract staffing
RPO / Managed hiring solutions
Project or volume‑based hiring models

Solid track record of business development and client acquisition within India. Ability to engage with mid to senior‑level stakeholders, understand hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.Experience working with service‑based recruitment organizations is essenti al.Demonstrated capability in managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and account growth.

Important

Note:While exposure to international recruitment or global accounts can be a plus, this role requires hands‑on experience in selling recruitment and staffing services within the Indian market.



Candidates whose experience has been predominantly limited to international recruitment sales without robust India‑focused staffing exposure may not find this role fully aligned.

Drive revenue growth through recent client acquisition and existing account expansion
Position and sell multiple recruitment delivery models based on client n
Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution.
Represent the organization as a trusted recruitment and staffing partner
