: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee the organization's commercial, financial, and business operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial management, accounting, and taxation, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial operations to ensure profitability and business growth. Oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, and accounts finalization. Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve business performance. Monitor budgets, costs, and financial forecasts. Coordinate with finance, sales, procurement, and operations teams. Negotiate commercial contracts and maintain solid relationships with clients and vendors.

Prepare MIS reports and present financial and commercial insights to management.



Identify business risks and recommend cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
