Role Description The Business Partner will work directly with the independent business owner to co-manage strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining business plans, analyzing market opportunities, and overseeing key projects that drive revenue and efficiency. The role involves collaborating on financial planning, monitoring performance metrics, and recommending improvements to processes, customer experience, and marketing efforts.

The Business

Partner will also help establish partnerships, manage vendor or client relationships,



and contribute to high-level decision-making. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to support the business across multiple functions.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business operations, entrepreneurship, or small business management.

Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial literacy (budgeting, forecasting, basic P&L; understanding).

Ability to manage projects end-to-end, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Comfort with digital tools and work from home technologies (e.g., video conferencing, project management, and productivity platforms).

Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to take initiative and make decisions.

High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to shared business goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial but not required; relevant experience is highly valued.
