Role Description The Commercial Associate is a full time, in office role based in Recent Delhi. This position is responsible for supporting inside sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating orders and purchasing with internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day tasks include handling incoming sales calls and emails, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely order processing and follow-up.





The role also involves assisting with pricing, basic data analysis of sales performance, and collaboration with operations and logistics to meet delivery commitments.

The Commercial

Associate will work closely with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, generate quotations, and support revenue targets.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Purchasing-related skills, including basic knowledge of order processing, vendor coordination, and inventory awareness.
Relevant experience in industrial products, automotive accessories, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and use MS Office and basic CRM or ERP tools effectively.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior commercial or sales support experience is an advantage.
