We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business through cold calling, building solid customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Identify and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software preferred).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
