Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support in the underwriting and closing of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans.
Review financial statements, rent rolls, and property operating data to assess credit risk and loan eligibility.
Support underwriting activities for securitizations and affordable housing loans.
Perform due diligence, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth loan processing and closure.
Prepare underwriting memos, summaries, and detailed reports for decision-making.
Maintain data accuracy and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Underwriting within the US Mortgage domain
