About the Role

We're looking for a creative storyteller and hands-on content creator to own social media across 3–5 brands at once. This isn't a scheduling role, you'll run the full content lifecycle from idea to publish: understanding each brand and its ICP, studying what hooks actually work, writing scripts, shooting and creating reels, and shipping content that grows the audience. You'll switch between brand voices and keep each one consistent. What You'll Do

Own end-to-end content for 3–5 brands: research → script → shoot → edit → publish

Create short-form video and reels (shoot on phone/camera, coordinate edits)

Write scripts, hooks, captions, newsletters, and social copy tailored to each brand

Study each brand's ICP and build content that speaks directly to them

Analyse hooks and trends — break down what's working and turn it into repeatable formats

Build and run monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube

Repurpose long-form content into reels, carousels, newsletters, and posts

Track analytics and optimise based on performance

Manage community engagement — reply to comments and DMs

Keep branding, messaging, and tone consistent across every product What We're Looking For





1–3 years in social media, content marketing, or content creation

Solid writing and storytelling — can make technical topics simple and engaging

Proven scriptwriting for reels, YouTube, podcasts, and founder content

Comfortable shooting video on a phone or camera (editing a plus)

Experience running content for multiple brands or clients at once A sharp eye for hooks, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling

Understanding of ICP-led content and adapting voice per brand

Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

Familiar with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Metricool
