Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage content calendars across multiple digital channels.
Write, edit, and proofread content while ensuring consistency in brand voice.
Create captions, articles, promotional content, reels, and video content concepts.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute creative campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to generate innovative content ideas.
Monitor content performance and optimise content strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.
Support branding, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives through creative content.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Creation, Content Writing, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital trends.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation, and social media analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
