We are looking for an experienced Cook specializing in Indian Cuisine and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Food Production. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products while ensuring consistency, hygiene, food safety, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Indian dishes and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products.
Follow standardized recipes and maintain product consistency.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation as per FSSAI and food safety guidelines.
Monitor ingredient quality and minimize food wastage.
Operate kitchen and food processing equipment safely.
Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and production area.
Follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP)



and safety procedures.
Assist in recent recipe development and product improvement.

Eligibility
2–5 years of experience as a Cook in Indian cuisine and/or Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food production.
Knowledge of Indian recipes, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods.
Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or catering is preferred.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace.
Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
