Manage the closing process for residential sales transactions

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions Requirements:
Proven experience in residential sales, with a focus on villas and plotted development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Detail-oriented and organized
