Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist the team in handling basic technical queries from users/customers
Provide first-level troubleshooting support for common issues
Use AI tools and internal resources to find quick solutions
Maintain and update support logs or tracking sheets
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns
Help document common issues and solutions for future reference
Support the team in improving response time and customer experience
