Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Digital and Affiliate Marketing qualified. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing and affiliate strategies to increase awareness of Women Empowerment Mission’s programs and drive engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing online campaigns, optimizing affiliate partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports on campaign outcomes.

The person in this role will coordinate content and messaging across digital channels, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the organization’s mission and brand guidelines. The role also includes testing new growth opportunities,



supporting fundraising or program promotion initiatives, and maintaining a consistent, mission-driven presence across digital platforms.

Qualifications Solid Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy skills, including experience with online campaign management and performance optimization.

Solid Analytical Skills to track, interpret, and report on digital and affiliate marketing metrics and inform data-driven decisions.

Effective Communication skills for clear, inclusive messaging and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and affiliates.

Proven Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple digital initiatives and affiliate campaigns.

Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management is highly beneficial.

Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable access to digital tools and the ability to manage time independently.

Demonstrated interest or experience in gender equality, social impact, or nonprofit work is an advantage.

Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
