Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather data from multiple sources (databases, CRM, surveys, third-party tools) and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Clean, organize, and validate data sets for analysis
Build dashboards and reports using Excel/Power BI/Tableau to track key business metrics
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements
Present findings and actionable insights to management through clear reports and visualizations
Identify prospects for process automation and efficiency improvements
Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting standards
Ensure compliance with data governance and confidentiality policies





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred, not mandatory)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have
Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, etc.)
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
