We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a customer-focused qualified with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, voice process, or BPO.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Record customer interactions and maintain updated information in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for effective problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, BPO, or Call Centre.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
CRM software knowledge is an added advantage.
