Develop a deep understanding of each client's product/service, target audience, and core problem being solved.

Write compelling, on-brand copy across formats — social media, digital ads, emailers, scripts, and long-form content.

Translate campaign objectives into creative communication strategies that drive results.

Ensure all copy strictly adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Review, edit, and fact-check content produced by junior copywriters;

provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.

Mentor junior team members and create a culture of creative confidence and ideation.

Stay ahead of media trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments to bring fresh, relevant ideas to clients.

Confidently present andpitch creative concepts to clients;

nRequirements:

3–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency workplace.

Solid portfolio demonstrating range — across brands, formats, and tones.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

proficiency in Hindi isa plus.

Proven ability to lead ideation sessions and present ideas with clarity and confidence.

Experience mentoring orreviewing work of junior writers.

Sharp understanding of digital platforms — Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google, and beyond.
