Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the Engineering, Design, and R&D; functions across two product brands. Reporting directly to the COO, the CTO will define the technology roadmap, drive product innovation, introduce Industry 4.0 practices, and strengthen engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the organization's technology vision and strategy.
Lead Engineering, Design, and R&D; teams to develop creative products.
Drive automation, robotics, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing initiatives.
Oversee new product development, prototyping, validation, and product enhancement.
Introduce advanced electro-mechanical solutions for elevators and automated parking systems.
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Installation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Establish engineering best practices,



quality standards, and safety compliance.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and technology transformation.

Desired Profile
BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
15+ years of experience in engineering and product development.
Minimum 5 years in a senior technology or engineering leadership role.
Proven experience in automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or Industry 4.0.
Experience in elevators, escalators, automated parking systems, or similar electro-mechanical products will be preferred.
Solid expertise in CAD, automation systems, IoT integration, prototyping, and product engineering.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
