Overview Hema Style Studio is a leading and rapidly growing social commerce brand. We are looking for a young, energetic, and intelligent female customer service executive to engage with our customers and prospects while facilitating online orders.
Responsibilities : Communicate with customers and prospects to assist with online orders. Coordinate with inventory managers to update daily stock count. Work with the order processing executive to ensure timely order fulfillment. Provide excellent customer service.
