Position Hiring for: Client/Customer Service Executive

Location: BKC, Mumbai

What are we looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Executive to manage B2B client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth prospects. The role involves maintaining strong client connections, delivering exceptional service, and supporting sales efforts through effective coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
CRM ownership

Own Treelife's CRM: data hygiene, pipeline stages, activity logging, and follow-up sequences

Set up and maintain lead lists, track outreach status, and make sure nothing slips

Build reports and dashboards to give visibility on pipeline health
Calling and qualification

Make discovery calls to understand a prospect's needs and qualify fit for Treelife's services

Handle inbound inquiries, respond quickly, and move prospects to the next stage

Brief senior team members before meetings with context and qualification notes
Sales coordination

Manage client databases, making sure information is accurate and up to date

Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team

Prepare and send proposals, agreements,



and other client-facing documents in coordination with the advisory team

Track progress on sales opportunities and make sure timely follow-through happens
Data management and reporting (MIS)

Maintain and share regular pipeline and outreach reports with the team

Keep a comprehensive record of client interactions, outreach activity, and service outcomes

Flag patterns and surface information that helps the team make better decisions

What are the key requirements for the role?

1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred)

Comfortable with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Zoho, or Salesforce. Willingness to own it end to end

Good written and spoken English. Knows how to communicate professionally without sounding robotic

Not afraid of calling. Treats the phone as a tool, not a hurdle

Highly organised. You close loops. You follow up. You do not drop things

Exposure to startup, legal, financial services, or professional services environments is a plus

Comfortable working in a rapid-moving, lean team where you will build process, not just follow it
