We're looking for a creatively driven and analytically sharp Audio Programming Specialist to join our Content team. You'll be the sonic architect of the Aeroplay IFE experience; curating audio content for diverse global passengers, ensuring music rights compliance, and delivering data-backed content strategies that set our airline partners apart. Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Curation ● Develop audio content curation strategies rooted in passenger profiles, regional habits, and global music trends ● Design programming concepts aligned with each airline's brand identity and business strategy ● Curate music, podcasts, and ambient audio across seat-back and Wi-Fi IFE platforms ● Identify emerging audio trends that bring innovation and differentiation to airline clients Airline & Partner Collaboration ● Work with Operations and Client teams to ensure content is delivered on time and to specification ● Translate passenger profile insights, demographics, culture,
travel purpose into tailored content strategies ● Curate music for airline promos, boarding audio, and other audio-visual deliverables Label & Industry Relationships ● Maintain solid relationships with labels and local offices to access the best music and current releases ● Act as primary liaison with labels, publishers, PROs, and CMOs for accurate and compliant usage reporting ● Manage royalty statements and related financial music reporting obligations ● Generate data-driven insights on audio consumption trends for labels, airlines, and internal stakeholders Requirements: 1.
